Job Description
We currently have an opening for a Full-Time Customer Service Consultant in our Bridgman Office (4509 Lake Street, Bridgman, MI 49106).

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conducts transactions for customers, enters transactions into the computer, and balances transactions with the cash drawer at the end of the shift. Answers customer questions and requests in person, through the drive-thru window, and over the phone
  • Opens new accounts, including checking, savings, CDs and IRAs. Enters renewals, renegotiations, and closes accounts
  • Takes and processes consumer loan applications
  • Handles customer complaints; researches and resolves problems
  • Balances ATM, vault, night-drops, and the overall branch
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Twelve to 24 months in financial services, sales or retail industry is preferred, as is the ability to cross-sell products and services
  • Ability to work flexible hours, some weekends and evenings
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong computer skills (Windows-based applications)
