GateWay Services Benton Harbor and Niles, MI

We are seeking:
Job Developer: Develop job sites for Gateway's community employment services. Provide initial intensive training of participants at job sites. Establish relationships with employers in our community to provide hard working motivated potential employees. Obtain, record, and maintain appropriate documentation.
Normal Working Hours: Full Time w/ flexible schedules. You MUST be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and be available to Job Coach as necessary. The hours will depend on the needs of our participant, their employer, and the needs of Gateway Services.
Minimum Qualifications: 2 Year Associates Degree, experience in sales or marketing strongly preferred. A valid driver's license and insurance coverage on personal vehicle. Dependable transportation. A good driving record. Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to become CPR and First Aid Certified (we provide training after hired). Able to work with minimal supervision. Desire to work with people with disabilities. Leadership skills are a plus. Self-motivated.
