    Job Description
    We are a family business that is known for our fun and exciting atmosphere and outstanding hospitality. We're currently seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Kitchen Manager to join our team!

    We need someone who is passionate about the industry and is ready to step in to a fast-paced team. Our Kitchen Manager works in the Back of the House, leading our team to success. They are responsible for overseeing our kitchen staff, ensuring food is up to our high standards, and completing Back of the House administrative duties.

    Think that's you? We are looking for someone who will:
    ? Serve as a positive example for providing exceptional customer care
    ? Act as a constant presence in the kitchen to ensure service is running smoothly and enforcing all rules and regulations amongst staff
    ? Provide management for all back of the house staff
    ? Responsible for holding back of the house staff accountable for their job responsibilities 
    ? Work hand-in-hand with all back of the house staff to provide on-the-job training in the areas of product knowledge, customer service, and food service procedures
    ? Responsible for overseeing the completion of the Back of the House schedule
    ? Responsible for overseeing and delegating prep schedules
    ? Responsible for learning new weekly food specials and teaching presentation and process to kitchen staff
    ? Responsible for reporting daily shift reports to management to keep open communication
    ? Actively participate in interviews and make hiring recommendations
    ? Responsible for overseeing weekly and monthly food inventory and verifying that it is done accurately
    ? Responsible for weekly ordering for back of the house needs
    ? Complete QSR for invoices, food costing and recipes
    ? Communicate regularly with the Culinary Director regarding menu changes and specials to be able to effectively communicate the process/procedures with these changes to the menu to staff
    ? Respond to email and phone inquiries regarding the Public House as requested by the main office
    ? Cross trained and available to work any back of house position as needed
    ? Ongoing working knowledge of the POS system and QSR program
    ? Provide direct support to the Front of the House Manager
    ? Develop and build teams to promote a positive, productive work environment
    ? Other duties as assigned

    Job Qualifications:
    ? Positive team player with excellent communication skills
    ? Tech savvy
    ? Experience with POS software
    ? A natural born leader with strong organizational skills
    ? Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekend and night shifts
    ? Ability to carry up to 50 lbs.
    ? Previous kitchen management experience required
